Great food decent prices

Ordered supper at 5pm, came at 7pm 2 hours later. Cold and missing half the food. Began to eat the sub and the steak was burnt and no cheese. The other sub was basically bread, lettuce and sauce no meat. Fries were horrible and old fries recooked. Called the restaurant at 7 they said they would get in contact with the manager and call us back. An hour later still no call so called them back again they said they will call the manager and call us back. Another 40 minutes later still no call so we called again. They proceeded to tell us that the owners wouldn't let them deal with it cause they were busy. Mean while 4.5 hours later unhappy customers who have been there before will not be returning again. That is poorly run business. 35$ wasted on non edible food.

I waited an hour for my pizza order and they are literally a two minute drive from me. I called to cancel, and she told me to give it another 10 minutes. She never offered anything to appease me. I had to ask for a discount, and she offered a discount on next order. I told her there won't be a next time, so she dropped the price a few bucks.To top it off, the driver was lost and it was the most disgusting pizza I ever had. I had just one slice, and I'm literally sick to my stomach.I used to love sub bay, but they have gone way downhill. To be fair though, the food is usually better when you dine in.

Amazing food. Great taste! Their restaurant is a great place to dine in. Quick service and delivery. One of my favourite places to get a poutine! Definitely would go back!

Pizza gross cheese burnt crust burnt 26.45 in panflet.charged me 35 one slice looks like crust was chewed on never again.

Great food. Portions are a bit small for the price. Still worth it tho.

Awful, took over 2 hours to deliver our food. They forgot about us and then the driver spent 30 minutes waiting for factory workers to be on break before delivering our food. Our food was cold and there was hair in it. I dont recommend ordering from here.

This place used to be great, but has gone down hill. Called and ordered pizza, poutine and wings and told 30 minute delivery time. Get called back and told they are out of pepperoni ,,,, agreed to have another kind of meat. It’s been 1.5 hours and still no food, called and was told they still hadn’t started the order so I cancelled and went out to buy food instead, thanks Subbay, awful service and never ordering from this place again, whatever new management is running this place is Ruinning it!! Ps: the girl who answers the phone is very sweet and kind, it’s not her fault so I would urge people to show displeasure with management rather then the front line customer service

Liked this place in the past, but they can't seem to get anything right anymore. Every single order has some form of mistake, and half the orders show up very late (three hours+). Food quality has gone down most of the time as well. *This last order from today is what has caused me to throw out their menu. Took an hour just to get a single sub, which had a couple of items missing. Called back to get it replaced, and the cook argues that he made it right without seeing it. He wound up hanging up on me after he said he made it properly. Won't be ordering from here anymore, that was the last chance offered for them.

New. Ice cream salad so tasty

The poutine is pretty good but I love the steak and cheese sub. I always get extra sauce, it makes it ! Small but never been when it's crazy busy . Nice lunch deals.

Ive been loyal to subbay for years. unfortunately there has been a staff change and now the food just wasn't what it used to be. i ordered 2 chicken caesar wrap platters and fries were great. the wraps on the other hand? burnt chicken. simulated bacon bits. disgusting dollar store dressing. the original wraps were with real bacon, delicious chicken and dressinf and at that THICK. you used to get your moneys worth. Now 15$ a platter is not right and the food was disgusting. bring back the old subbay. but for now youve lost a loyal customer.

Wish I could give less than one star. Rotten lettuce, mold on tomato, never delivered replacement order, over an hour later, called back, said was on it's way . NEVER showed up. food went in trash where it belongs. Rudest staff.

Ordered fish n chips absolutely nasty the fries werent cooked the fish and batter completly soggy and had a hair in the food! Gross fire that cook!

Pizza is not tasty. Expensive but not tasty.

I had the club. The chicken was hot. My friend had the rib steak she ordered medium she got it well done. It took forever for the food to arrive. The room was hot the A/C wasn't on. I found it all disappointing.

Food fair friendly staff

They used to be a great restaurant. For some reason in the past year there quality dropped. Just ordered a chicken wrap with potato's and the potato's weren't even cooked. With that the chicken wrap was really slacking on sauce. Highly suggest new cooks. And didn't want to bring my plate back because the waitress didn't seem to be the nicest and didn't look like she cared to work there.

Ordered chicken brochette. Chicken was just as dry as the desert and I asked for a Cesar salad and got a Greek salad, not to mention my potatoes in my meal were as black as the night sky... I was told no problem we can fix that, called back a few weeks later as I was told i would have that meal free as I just paid $13+ for dog food. Come to find out I will only be given a free salad??? Good job, please don’t think to hard as to why this place is going downhill. 😂

Food is good but everything else is not. Always takes over an hour for delivery and keep your fingers crossed chances are the order you receive is wrong. Call back to complain and have some millennial tell me I'm rude? Big zero for this Mickey mouse operation.

most disgusting smoke meat ever! Soggy bread no mustard to speak of.For the price nonsense! They serve coleslaw wet mess with pickle stuffed in the container! As far as i thought smoke meat was served with sauerkraut! Also forgot ketchup and vinegar for fries! Sent that slop back to Maker! never again! Wish there was a zero star! Had to give one star to post lol!

Walked in to order 2 subs with the discount for take out, was told they can't do the discount because it's only for delivery even though it's on their menu. Told the manager I was going to subway because they couldn't provide what they advertised and she decided the best course of action was to sass me in front of the rest of her customers. If there was a review for less than one star I would do that. Subway is much better and right next door.

Great poutine for a fair price, loaded with Quebec chess curds and tasty gravy. Has a very welcoming atmosphere and always friendly and quick service. 10/10 would eat here ever day.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. First time I ordered a sub, there was no sauce on it. This time I got the sauce, but they made the poutine with mozzarella cheese. I mean...WHO DOES THAT....

Customer service is very friendly but the stake and cheese sub I just had was so terrible and chewy that I had to spit it out. Friendly workers terrible cooks.

Great place for pizza and poutine. Local and big value prices. My bf loves the cheeseburger small poutine and drink combo for takeout/delivery. Small patio in summer, ample parking.

Great poutine and burgers. Delivery is usually pretty quick, 40 minutes average, which is reasonable for food that's made fresh during busy hours. Prices are reasonable, and they accept cash or debit on delivery (which is free in town). It's hard to find a place with better value for money.

The family deal feeds a lot off people and the price is good . Great poutine with alright pizza .

When the food isn't burnt or saugy it's good but the delivery is horrible. Everytime I order it's always takes an hour - an hour and a half to get here. it's good but it just too much of a wait. 👎 Wouldn't recommend if your in a hurry or want to have it deliver 👎

Very nice Greek veggie pizza with attentive service. Reasonably priced.

Owners arn't that bad of people, i can't say the prices are the best. Although the pizza was some of the best i'd ever had. I'd only reccomend this place based on pizza quality, not the prices or customer service.

Take out order took 30 minutes, servers busy with phone orders, table service & cash tally. Need to establish priorities, stood at counter for 10 minutes, waiting.

We ate on the patio and the staff were very welcoming. I had the cheeseburger platter and it was excellent but the fries were store bought. My husband had steak and cheese sub & he said it was okay, could have used a creamy sauce instead of a vinaigrette. Food served very hot and at the same time. Prices very reasonable.
